Anne focuses her practice on counseling employers regarding compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. She assists employers with all aspects of the employment relationship, including making hiring and firing decisions, drafting and updating employee handbooks, responding to employee complaints, and staying up-to-date regarding changes in the law that affect the workplace. Anne brings a practical and collaborative approach to her practice. Prior to joining BGWP, Anne practiced in Seattle and Minneapolis, and served as in-house counsel on employment matters at Travelers Insurance.
