John A. Kesler III

John A. Kesler III

Attorney at Law

John is a third-generation trial attorney with a strong reputation for excellence in civil litigation. Known for his honesty, hard work, and meticulous preparation, John is frequently referred cases by former clients and other attorneys who trust his ability to handle complex legal matters. While selective about the cases he accepts, John takes on litigation that is meaningful, challenging, and worthwhile. John is licensed to practice law in the states of Washington and Oregon.

John’s practice focuses on personal injury, trust and estate dispute resolution (TEDRA), real estate disputes, business litigation, and construction defect claims. His clients have prevailed in both State and Federal Courts, including in the Western District of Washington and at the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to trial advocacy, John has achieved successful results for clients in arbitration, mediation, and settlement negotiations.

John is straightforward with clients: litigation is never simple, and results are unlikely to undo the harm suffered. What he offers instead is clear communication and an unwavering commitment to securing the best possible outcome. His success stems from attention to detail, courtroom experience, and persistence.

Away from the office, John resides in the Steamboat Island area northwest of Olympia with his wife, fellow attorney Robbi Kesler, and their two children. The family enjoys traveling and attending sporting events together.
